Report security issues privately. Do not automate probing of customer or partner portals without written authorization.
Coordinated disclosure
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in VirtualSpace, SpaceManager, Spatialist, SpaceStation, or a related public surface, email support@virtualspace.xyz with a clear description, impact, and steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge receipt and work with you on a fix before any public write-up.
Please avoid accessing other tenants’ data, disrupting production service, or using automated scanners against live systems without prior written approval.
Acceptable use
Customer and partner access is for legitimate business use of the product. Unauthorized automated scraping, credential stuffing, vulnerability scanning, or attempts to bypass authorization, rate limits, or share-token boundaries are prohibited and may result in token revocation or account suspension.
